Mayor Adams unveiled a bold vision to make New York City the best place in America to raise a family in his 2024 State of the City address. He outlined plans to build on his successes of driving crime down, passing historic housing legislation, and saving New Yorkers billions through tax relief, child care, free internet and more. He also launched ‘NYC Reads’ to ensure that every student has access to a first-rate education and ‘NYC Solves’ to overhaul how students learn math. In addition, he announced the City would invest in infrastructure projects to help families save money and keep working in the neighborhoods they love.
